History repeats itself time and again. Cycles come and go but always repeat themselves. The search for the paranormal, Bigfoot, flying saucers and aliens waxes and wanes almost with the seasons. People push these subjects out of their minds, claiming them as impossible and flights of fancy by the superstitious with over imaginative minds. Yet the reports keep coming in. Reputable people still see the bizarre and unexplainable.
People want to believe as can be demonstrated by the popularity of television programs such as found on the History, Discovery, Travel and Sci-Fi Channels. Christopher Columbus wrote in his log about sightings of unexplained lights on his travels to the new world. Recently, UFO's have been seen over the skies of Texas, explained away by the Air Force as a flight of f-16's....can they hover?
Bigfoot are again popping up and this time trained anthropologists and zoologists are hot on their trail. Money is finally being spent on serious expeditions because the plethora of sightings and evidence keep coming in. Gigantopithicus lived when the Bering Land Bridge was dry. The Asiatic people migrated over it...why not the large Hominids? They are claimed to be seen by people all over North America. Sasquatch lives in the history of Native Americans. Sasquatch live in the memories of many people today.
Modern physics is talking about the M-Theory or string theory. It includes multiple dimensions, multiple universes, infinite possibilities. It appears to be the unified theory for everything. The bottom line for a theory that is now becoming testable in the lab is that anything is possible.
The purpose of this web site is to gather statistical data to help track down the cause of these phenomena. To find the hot spots of the phenomena and concentrate our scientific research in these areas. You can help by taking the survey and provide us with the hard data we need to aim our sights.
